Shipping and return

We ship your orders Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed during the weekend are processed Mondays and Tuesdays and shipped the same day. Once an order status shows shipped, it means it left our facility. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days until it gets delivered. When an order is shipped it takes 1-2 business days to be registered in the USPS shipping system and will not show updates during that time. 

Limitation of Liability

Vape123.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Vape123.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall Vape123.com be liable to you or any third party for any loss of use, revenue, profit, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, regardless of foreseeability. Our aggregate liability under this Agreement or breach of the limited warranty shall not exceed the total amounts paid to Vape123.com for the Products sold hereunder.

Rights

Your right to use Vape123.com is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign any rights or delegate obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions. Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination or expiration of any Product order.
